Greater Boise Property Management (GBPM) rents and manages residential property in the greater Boise, Idaho area, some times known as the Treasure Valley, including both Ada and Canyon county. It has grown consistently from 10 homes in 2006 to 140 homes in 2013. GBPM is small enough to be flexible with investor/owners and renters/tenants but large enough to command prompt response from service people. GBPM has been a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Better Business Bureau (rated A) (BBB) since 2006 and commits to both codes of ethics. These associations provide legal and market training that are key factors in the professionalism exhibited by GBPM property managers.
