I have asked MUlTIPLE times to call in advance of a delivery. It says it in the delivery notes highlighted in bright green on the package!!!! Every time they show up and say “oh ooops I was supposed to call.” You are delivering to someone on hospice. I had to run to the grocery store and was gone for 10 minutes. Guess when it was delivered???? My dad almost fell trying to get to the door. I changed the address to my address so that wouldn’t happen again. They happened to show up at my house and didn’t call…AGAIN. “Oops!” AGAIN. This is the service??
