There are over 3,100 whitewater miles in the state of Idaho. Our story started in a canyon and has had many meanderings through a fraction of those thousands of miles. The sparkling wine we make is our tribute and thanks to the whitewater that has shaped our story. We are Idaho's first sparkling winery and we focus on old world methods for traditional method sparkling wines
