Brought my little Severus here yesterday for a private private cremation. Juan was so courteous and really pleasant and guided me through the services they provided. I got to see my boy go into the chamber and Trevor was absolutely great as well. What a wonderful facility to bring our loved one. I was handed my boy’s urn (still warm) by Trevor with a lovely bag and certificate of cremation. I can’t tell you how comforting it is to get my boy back and knowing that I am getting him and not someone else’s cat. Don’t know why you have to wait for a few days with other facility. This one is worth the price and peace of mind that I you couldn’t find with other cremation services/ facility. Very reasonable. Highly recommended. Compassionate and professional staff all around.
