She has extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, Rural Development, conventional loans, and Idaho Housing programs. She specializes in helping first time home buyers and is an expert on local down payment assistance grants. She is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Professionals with experience in sales and marketing, management and customer service. She is a past Board Member of Women's Council of Realtors. Hosac was a former President and Chair of the Board of The Junior League of Boise, a women's training and charitable organization, and graduated summa cum laude from Boise State University with a bachelor degree in Marketing.
